Every person has a behavioral style. It shows in the way we approach problems, interact with people, our preferred patience, and our process. This assessment measures yours two ways: how you naturally are, and how you adapt in different environments. It takes about 9 to 12 minutes.
Your preference for problem solving, making decisions, and taking action
Your preference for interacting with people and showing emotion
Your preference for patience, persistence and steadiness
Your preference for procedures, standards and protocol
You're going to see 24 short lists. Each list has 4 statements. Your job is simple: put the statements in order.
Move the statement that sounds most like you to the top. Move the statement that sounds least like you to the bottom. Put the other two in between.
There are no right answers. These statements aren't good or bad. They're just different.
Don't overthink it. Your first instinct is usually your most honest one.
Answer as you actually are, not as you'd like to be. Think about how you really act, at work and at home.
You have to rank all four. Some sets will feel like a tough call. That's normal. Pick anyway. Those tough calls are where the real insight comes from.
Your results will be shown on screen and sent to your email.
